Cooking made easy for college students

Pretzel-Crusted Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup honey mustard

8 thin slices deli ham

1 Tbsp. melted butter

1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Create a pocket in the chicken by cutting a horizontal slit in one side of each chicken breast to within 1/2 inch of the opposite side. Spread honey mustard inside each pocket and stuff with two slices of ham. Place in a great 9X13in. baking dish. Brush chicken with butter; sprinkle with pretzels. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
