Today
Visit MU Live for a very special event, MU Live Idol. It will be held from 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. Bring friends and family and enjoy all the fun and excitement of “American Idol,” with a closer-to-home feel. Stick around for free pool, bowling and food.

Tomorrow
Check out the Winter Carnival at 2 p.m. at the Fargo Theatre. Enjoy 16 area bands, comedy, art and film. All ages are welcome. Admission is $7. For more information, call (701) 235-4152.

Sunday, Feb. 26
Join Nepali students for an evening of ethnic dances, live music performances, skit, film, henna tattoos, ethnic Nepali food and a silent art/handicraft auction. The event will be held from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Comstock Memorial Union Ballroom on the MSUM campus. Admission is free; dinner is extra. For information, call (701) 261-7518.

Monday, Feb. 27
Enjoy a night of music at the Festival Concert Hall on the NDSU campus. A varsity band, jazz combo and jazz lab band concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for students and seniors.

Tuesday, Feb. 28
The Mr. NDSU pageant, a mock male beauty pageant that benefits the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation for Juvenile Diabetes will be held at the Festival Concert Hall on the NDSU campus at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5.

Wednesday, March 1
Campus Attractions will show “Sisters of ‘77” in the Century Theater at 7p.m. It will also be shown at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Friday and at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Thursday, March 2
Visit the Festival Concert Hall and enjoy singer, songwriter and storyteller Ann Reed as she plays the 12-string guitar. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5. For more information, call (701) 231-7347.
