Prices at Safari 7 increase
Being a cheap college student just got harder.
Due to the CEC Theatres recent sale of all Fargo-Moorhead movie theaters – including the Century 10 and the West Acres 14 – to Marcus Theatres, prices at the Safari 7 Discount have risen slightly.
Although tickets will stay at $1.75 for children and seniors, the price for adult admission after 5:30 p.m. has risen to $2.50.
In addition, all tickets will be $1.50 on weekdays, Monday through Thursday.
Marcus Theatres is a regional chain, owning theaters in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio and now North Dakota.
The Safari 7 Discount shows movies currently out of most theaters but not yet available on DVD, awarding anyone with patience tickets at less than half price.
Showing at the Safari this weekend are “Number 23,” “Because I Said So,” “Music and Lyrics,” “Norbit,” “Ghost Rider,” “Night at the Museum” and the Academy Award-winning fantasy flick “Pan’s Labyrinth.”
