Korean students share culture

Students, faculty and staff gathered April 2 for Korea Night, a night of immersion in Korean culture. Here, students serve a traditional Korean dish called Bibimbap, which is a rice, meat and egg dish garnished with vegetables and mushrooms and topped with a spicy red chili paste called gochujang. Approximately 200 people came out for the evening to experience Korean cultural displays.
