North Dakota's congressional delegation says nearly $10 million in federal highway funding has been awarded to repair roadways damaged by flooding last year on the Spirit Lake Reservation and at Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

The Small Business Association says small, nonfarm businesses in 22 North Dakota counties and neighboring counties in Montana and South Dakota are eligible to apply for low-interest disaster loans. The SBA's Alfred Judd says the loans offset economic losses in 2011 because of reduced revenues caused by the combined effects of spring snowstorms, frosts and freezes in late spring and early fall, flooding and other weather-related issues.
